Job description

As Betsson Group continues to grow through its multi-branded strategy we are now looking to hire an SEO Analyst who will form part of the Marketing Analytics team. The selected candidate will be counted to derive insights and provide recommendations to our stakeholders. This position requires both a strategic and tactical viewpoint, aided by intellectual curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, along with an understanding of digital media.

We are looking for someone that has previous experience from working as an SEO or SEM analyst in a digital environment and has the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with rapidly changing technology. You also have the willingness to adapt to new software, technology, and marketing techniques quickly. You love to stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and the evolving analytics landscape

Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring and analyzing SEM data to detect red flags, drive optimization strategy, and effectively manage paid and organic performance
  • Connecting keywords to conversions
    • Keywords that send traffic
    • Conversion rates per keyword
    • Cost/Revenue value and ROI of keywords
  • Evaluating and leveraging insights from 3rd party tools such as Searchmetrics, SEMrush, Google Search Console
  • Visibility and Rank Analysis – measuring the impact of increasing keyword ranking
  • Provide analytics to support the ROI optimization of the search marketing channels and investments, understanding the drivers of customer behavior and proving the incremental value of tests and campaigns
  • Measuring the relationship of Offline Channels (TV/Radio) on brand SEO
  • Creating Quarterly and Yearly forecasts of KPIs performance
  • Generating an automated distribution of PPC & SEO reports to stakeholders
  • Setup of measurement framework & dashboards for (Paid) Social Media & Influencer investments
  • Track social media KPIs, trends and demographics to develop valuable insights to help growth


  • Bachelor’s degree  in Marketing or a Quantitative Field
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience analyzing marketing performance particularly digital channels
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Proven analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel, SQL, Google Analytics & Google DataStudio
  • Ability to present complex information in simple terms with clear recommendations based on data insights

We see it as positive if you also have

  • Proficiency in Google Adwords. 
  • Experience using ETL processing 
  • Prior experience managing large SEM projects
