Scandinavian Team Leader for Customer Service

Our international Customer Service Department is now looking for a new Scandinavian Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you cooperate closely both with your fellow Team Leaders, Team Managers and the Head of Customer Service at the same time as you manage your own team. Our department is well recognized for being one of the most successful Customer Service departments in Europe and we are looking for you who would like to contribute to our success. About the role

Betsson Group is the world's 6th biggest iGaming providor with the vision to deliver the best Customer Experience in the industry. To be able to reach this vision our Customer Service Department is key (and they do an excellent job, winning the EGR award for best Customer Service three times in a row). The department gives service to customers in 12 markets, and now we are looking for a new Team Leader towards our Scandinavian market.

As a Team Leader your target is to support your team in achieving goals in efficiency/productivity targets as well as quality targets. You are responsible for managing your team with tasks including monthly 1-2-1 discussions, creating a positive team spirit, performing salary reviews and development discussions as well as supporting in the recruitment for new team members. As you can see one day is not like the other and we offer you a supportive, fast-paced work environment where your leadership skills will get a big boost. 

Your main tasks will be:

  • Full direct management of 12-15 Scandinavian agents and full responsibility for their KPI's
  • Create an outstanding team spirit
  • Perform salary reviews and development talks according to company policy
  • Support your agents through individual 1-2-1´s on a monthly basis
  • Setting the teams schedule
  • Report sick leave, vacation leave and bonus compliance on a monthly basis
  • Assist your fellow Team Leaders in managing their teams and markets when they are absent
  • Give feedback to agents, Customer Service Manager & Trainers on areas of improvement both on department level as well as individual feedback

Requirements

  • Previous experience from a Team Leader position
  • Worked in a Customer Service focused environment 
  • Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
  • A strong motivation to lead his/her team towards success
  • Speak and write fluently in either Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and English

As a person, you are not afraid of giving (and receiving) constructive feedback. You have excellent leadership skills and is motivated to create a high-performing team with a OneBetsson spirit. If you have knowledge of online/casino and sportsbook customers is highly advantageous but not a requirement.
