As a member of the IT Service Management team at Betsson Group, you will help us build our service platform together with two other colleagues in Stockholm and 8 more in Malta. The vision for our service platform is to be one of a kind within the ITSM industry and of course in the iGaming industry. We’re looking for a skilled person who will join our team in the challenges of finding solutions that will support the rigid processes of ITIL in a fast moving, high paced organization. When working as Service management coordinator in Betsson Group you will be working in an agile environment. Providing Technical analysis, designing, developing and implementing work in relation to Service Management Processes & Tools. Comparing, evaluating and implementing new features and technologies, and integrating them into the computing environment.

Your role will be to facilitate both implementation of ITIL processes as well as facilitate and implement improvements of the processes and its supporting tool(s) towards further ITIL compliance.

The role will involve you in all areas of IT Service Management and it requires you to have a good understanding of ITIL as a whole. You need to be able to coordinate and liaise with other internal departments to understand their needs, identify solutions and ensure successful delivery of such solutions.


You are truly passionate about what you do and have experience working with IT Service Management. We assume that you have experience in different work environments, have an architectural mindset, and hold the ability to turn ideas into action. Furthermore, you work well in a team as a team member, you keep yourself updated with the latest technologies, and love to share your knowledge with others.

  • Tertiary level of education in ICT
  • Experience with IT Service Management processes such as Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Change, Release, Event, Service Catalog, Configuration Management & Service Level Management.
  • Knowledge and experience of Demand & Development processes as well as scrum and lean techniques is desirable
  • Expertise in configuring, customizing and implementing ServiceNow is even more desirable
  • Experience in JavaScript, Web Services, Rest APIs, XML
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills accompanied with a customer service attitude and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Or any combination of education and experience which clearly demonstrates the ability to accomplish the essential functions of the position.
  • Fluency in English
