The Wow Betsson is partnering with Thunderbite, an Xtremepush company, and we are looking for a CRM Project Manager – Gamification to join our CRM team and lead this exciting rewards product within Commercial. Interview

Our interview process can vary from role to role but will probably look a bit like this:
  • Intro call with a recruiter: an informal chat about your motivations and a chance to ask questions.

  • Interview with the hiring manager: a more structured discussion about your skills and fit for the role.

  • Task or test (for some roles, e.g., Tech): followed by a review with the team or manager.

  • Final interview with HR (and possibly other stakeholders): a competency-based interview aligned with our company values.

References

As part of the process we will also take some references. Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to inform your current employer at this stage, but we would like to speak to two of your former managers and your Recruiter will ask you for their contact details. Please ask them when would be a good time to talk since we know they are very busy.

For certain people in the organisation who have access to customer data or strategic knowledge, we carry out an enhanced background check.

Success!

At the end of the process, Recruiter will give you a call to give you some feedback after the process, and hopefully to make you a job offer. You will receive your contract via email. Finally, as part of our licence with the Malta Gaming Authority, we would like to let you know that all new employees of Betsson Group must provide us with a police conduct report prior to starting employment. We will advise you about this during the recruitment process.

On-boarding

On-boarding process is a way to enable employees to deeply understand and align with the organisation’s culture and strategy. We aim to make sure that the process is fun, engaging and holistic. New starters will take part in a three-day induction training which covers a variety of topics, from the company strategy to our products, where new starters also get to explore and test them. Every team has quarterly team building events which are a great way to have fun and get to know your fellow Betssonites better.
