The award-winning Customer Service Department of Betsson Group is looking to recruit members for a dedicated AI Team within Customer Support.
This team will be fully responsible for analysing, understanding, and continuously improving our internal chatbot, structured per language groups, as well as maintaining and developing other AI‑related aspects within our department. The AI Team will work in tandem with similar division based in Peru Hub and closely with the CS Tech.
In addition, the team will play an important role in implementing improvements to our FAQs, based on insights and learnings gathered from bot coaching and performance analysis.

At the end of the process, Recruiter will give you a call to give you some feedback after the process, and hopefully to make you a job offer. You will receive your contract via email.
