The challenge:

As a Gaming & CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible of the execution of the promotional plans for Sportsbook and Casino, ensuring that the requested quality and timelines of the deliverables are respected and that the best user experience is guaranteed. Furthermore, you are responsible for monitoring the campaigns’ data, analysing the results, recommending improvements and new approaches to enhance the effectiveness of the CRM strategy. . 

A flavour of what you will be doing:

  • Assist the CRM Manager on the creation of compelling promotions and communications on a day-to-day basis. From idea generation, planning and briefing to evaluation, reporting & optimizing.  
  • Collaborate with Sportsbook and Gaming teams to come up with compelling, locally relevant campaigns focused on retaining, reactivating and acquiring new players. 
  • Assist with promotional content, banner planning, newsletter and other promotional material for both onsite and digital media.  
  • Use CRM tools at your disposal to coordinate a multi-channel communication strategy.  
  • Constantly evaluate your campaigns, take a “plan, implement, measure and improve” approach in order to improve campaign efficiency. 
  • Build & automate lifecycle communications in collaboration with the scope of decreasing churn and enhancing player engagement 
  • Pulling and organising segmentation lists to prepare for execution of campaigns 
  • Write copy, set-up communications and send them out through CRM channels across the customer life-cycle 
  • Test the quality and user journeys of CRM Campaigns 
  • Support Customer Service being a direct point for escalations. 
  • Gathering competitor insights and gap analysis. 

You are good at: 

  • Native level written and spoken Italian
  • 2+ years experience in online gaming 
  • 1+ year experience in the CRM field 
  • Italian mother tongue 
  • Proficient in English 
  • Proficient user of Excel and Office package in general 
  • Passionate for sports and casino 
  • Good understanding of Italian Market 

Extra awesome:

  • Knowledge of digital copywriting techniques and content creation
  • Html and Excel knowledge 
  • Previous experience with CRM tools (Marketing Cloud/ET) 
  • Understanding of iGaming environment 
  • Experience producing detailed briefs
  • Have an interest in e-commerce, and new on-line advertising trends and techniques
