Head of fraud Department

The Role:

As a Head of Fraud Department you are key person when it comes to risks, operations analysis and reporting. Also you and your team are always keeping eye on transaction and game control unit, so you own internal and external controlling processes. You continuously research, create, implement and control systems to counteract fraudulent behavior of any agent. Last but not least being manager you develop subordinated structural entities, employees and corresponding working process and business operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accomplishes fraud management human resource strategies by determining account abilities;
  • communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures;
  • Develops fraud management organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to enterprise strategic thinking and direction;
  • Directs fraud management operational strategies by analyzing trends fraud management standards;
  • Preparing critical fraud control measurements;
  • Determines fraud management requirements by evaluating business strategies;
  • Plans fraud management systems by evaluating prevention, deterrent, detection, alert, profiling and neural technologies;
  • Prepares fraud reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Candidate Wish list:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration (finance) or IT management;
  • Experience in AML field will be considered advantage:
  • Higher technical literacy in payment systems, data security systems and data bases;
  • Strong management skills;
  • Full working proficiency in English language;
