You have a proven track record in management, people management and commercial focus? You are a team player who motivates your team members and shares knowledge with your colleagues? You have previous experience within offline & online sports betting and gaming field, working on the managerial position as a main decision maker? You are knowledgeable of Lithuanian sports betting market? If you are energetic person and able to be the best team leader, you are the kind of professional we are searching for!

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Country P&L responsibility
  • Customer experience, lifecycle management and drive to leverage customer insight, drive customer engagement through effective customer marketing and an optimized site & offline experience together with Region Product Managers
  • Customer life-cycle management from acquisition, retention and reactivation together with Region CRM Team
  • Targeted communication plan that leverages consumer insight and uses tangible commercial results as the measure of its success, develop brand identity, driving awareness and loyalty with new and existing customer together with Region Marketing team
  • Embrace new and innovative methods of retaining target audiences
  • Leverage all available resource within the organisation and to effectively drive the commercially agenda across departments
  • Primary focus to monetize customer and to grow revenue.
  • Lead and develop a best in class team in Vilnius, ensuring that useable customer data and insight informs and guides commercial and operational decisions
  • Lead the team in its achievement of sales and profit objectives in line with the strategic plan agreed with Region Managing Director
  • Local entity management, administrative overview of operations in Vilnius office
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation


  • At least 2-3 years working on management level and leading teams
  • Experience in international/corporate companies will be considered as an asset
  • Experience in B2B sales will be considered as an asset
  • Good communication and influencing skills and drive change
  • Ability to motivate and achieve results through others
  • Good negotiations skills and business-oriented mindset
  • Quick learner and flexible
  • Knowledge and working experience in online gambling will be an asset
  • Understanding of Lithuanian Labor and Gaming Law will be an asset
  • Excellent managerial and reporting skills
  • Excellent Lithuanian and English
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to travel on business purposes
