We are rapidly growing and now have the exciting opportunity for a Swedish Speaking Outbound Agent to join our team in Malta. Working as an Outbound Agent provides you with the opportunity to use your competitive yet friendly nature to speak to our customers and work in an award winning team.
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work towards the set targets and KPI's on a daily basis
- Perform outbound calls to different segments of existing customers with an aim to build and develop strong customer interactions and help assist any needs
- Ability to work independently and complete your daily tasks but also in a team
- Feel confident and comfortable speaking to clients on the phone when handling a number of different queries and outbound calls
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and verbal
- Answer potential customer questions that may arise and follow up calls if necessary
- Understand customer needs and offer solution and support

You're good at:
- Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone
- Swedish and English skills are fluent
- Ability to think on your feet and react fast to customer queries and calls
- Background in a customer service/sales environment
- Positive attitude!
- Previous sales and or iGaming experience is a big plus
- Additional language skills e.g. Norwegian, Danish, Finnish
