We are looking for a skilled Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an agile mindset and be able to clearly understand and articulate the vision of the product to the team. You will be responsible for defining product features and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.

What we would like to see

 

As a Product Owner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Define and manage the product backlog, prioritizing needs based on value, complexity, and strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for new product features
  • Work with the Software Development Team Lead to plan releases, ensuring that the team understands items in the product backlog to the necessary level of detail
  • Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, aligning expectations and communicating project progress
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with product strategy
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Ensure that the product effectively addresses user needs while also maintaining technical integrity and quality

 

Who you are

 

  • At least 3 years of experience as software developer and/or project manager
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team
  • Experience in the gaming industry a plus
