The wow

The Sportsbook Coordinator will work as part of the Sportsbook Team for our Zecure brands. They will look after the maintenance and optimization of our Sports on-site content, setup relevant offers and campaigns for our sportsbook players based around the sporting calendar and monitor player risk. They will work in a fast paced environment, acting as a touch point for other teams with an eye on driving KPI growth across our brands and markets. 

The responsibilities

  • Ensure all sports/markets/events are easy to find for our Sportsbook Customers 
  • Monitor Player Risk alongside our Risk Team to ensure bet limits are raised/reduced for specific customers. 
  • Help plan the Sportsbook calendar out based on sporting events and regional demand. 
  • Use JIRA to effectively manage all Sportsbook CRM projects and communicate with all teams and relevant stakeholders involved. 
  • Setting up Bonuses and Campaigns for our players. 
  • QA on all of our Bonuses, Campaigns and Communications with our players. 
  • Monitor and check our websites to ensure all sports content and promotions are optimised and correctly displayed for the local market. 
  • Manage and optimise banners, widgets, and on-site content. 
  • Assist with the day-to-day adhoc tasks and be the first point of reference for any questions or issues around Sportsbook CRM activities. 
  • In addition to standard working hours, you will also work on a roster along with other Coordinators to provide on call duty for any campaign incidents that may arise.

Requirements

  • Passionate about sports 
  • 1+ years experience within Sportsbook
  • Good communicator with other departments (CRM, VIP, Content, Marketing etc) 
  • A team player capable of working in high-tempo environment 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Deliver a flawless customer experience across all customer touchpoints 
  • Proficient user of Excel
