We are looking for VIP Manager who will be in close communication with our VIP Customers. At this role, you need to be customers oriented professional, who is passionate about delivering delightful service and always strives to create the best experience for our customers. 

Responsibilities

VIP service tracking and constant improvement;

Improvement and quality assurance of VIP communication;

Initiatives for execution of additional services;

Surprises and gift selection for VIP customers;

Idea generation and process improvement for the best VIP customer experience

Requirements

Experience of working with VIP customers;

Advanced English;

Good Communication Skills;

Creative and service oriented;

Critical thinker;

Problem solver;

Interest in Gambling field and its products;

Proactive

Motivated
