Our Customer Service team consists of 175 driven employees, with 24 different nationalities from all over the world. We are well-recognised in the business when it comes to this area, and have won a number of prestigious global prizes.

We’re incredibly proud to have won two prestigious awards at the Central and Eastern European Gaming Awards. Betsson has been awarded for Best Support for Responsible Gambling and Best Customer Support in Online Casino.

These awards, organised by EEG – Eastern European Gaming, recognise significant achievements within the Central and Eastern European gaming industry and celebrate gaming operators for their outstanding contributions in their respective fields.
