Rosa Heemskerk – Key Affiliate Manager

Rosa has been working for Betsson since 2014, and during this time has made the journey from Customer Support Agent to Key Affiliate Manager. This is her story.

“It will be my 5th year at Betsson Group and my 4th role within the company. I started in 2014 as a Customer Support agent for the Dutch team. The industry was totally new to me, but I enjoyed the vibe from the very first month. There was so much more to learn and it is so great to work in an international environment.”

Customer Support Career Path

“The next step after being an agent was becoming Shift leader, where I learned a lot about the different systems, had frequently contact with the different game providers and got a better understanding of the Igaming industry.”

“The last step at Customer Support was managing the Dutch Support team as a Team Leader. It was not always easy, but I enjoyed every moment of this journey!”

New Challenges with the Affiliate Team

“Now, four years later, I have started another chapter in my career and recently took on a role as Key Affiliate Manager for the Benelux. I was always interested in this position, due to the variety of the role and the contact with the different partners.”

“I love working with people; meeting new people and building new relationships. Creating and monitoring new deals which are beneficial for our partners as well as for our company is a real challenge which I very much enjoy.”

“The fact that Betsson Group gave me the opportunity to grow, learning new skills in the different positions I had, is really incredible. It gives me new energy to learn even more and become better in my new role as Affiliate Manager.”
