Our Global Customer Service team brings together passionate people from all around the world, representing a wide range of nationalities. We are well-recognised in the business when it comes to this area, and have won a number of prestigious global awards.

Our Team

I joined Betsson 15 years ago as a Customer Support Team Manager and progressed through various roles to become COO in 2017. Many of Betsson employees have followed similar paths, starting in as Customer Service Agents, Payments Analytics, CRM Coordinators, and other roles before progressing into leadership roles. I would recommend Customer Service to anyone considering a career change. It’s the department that gives you a deep understanding of the customer, their needs, and the product and tools we use. This experience provides a solid foundation that guides your journey in understanding the industry and growing within it.

Our Customer Support is proud to offer exceptional service to our customers, and this is only possible as the entire team has a true passion for the job and is able to work together, aiming to reach the same goals. The department provides the best training and state of the art tools that result in a positive and unique experience for all of the contacts we receive each year. Most importantly, we treat all of our agents as we would like them to treat our customer, with respect whilst we value and act upon their feedback and potential issues. Our Responsabilities

The Customer Service Agents’ mission is to provide the best possible service so that our customers can enjoy the different games we offer. Their primary responsibilities are to help customers via all our customer service channels, work with your team to reach customer service related goals, for example, customer satisfaction, and translating promotional texts or surveys. Around 40% of our support agents get promoted to other positions each year, which means that we can keep hiring new agents continually. We’re always on the look-out for new talented people to join our team! There are many Betssonites that started as CS agents, not only in Customer Service but in all other departments in the company as well.

Responsible Gaming

Within the Customer Operations Department which Customer Service is part of, we also have a team of safeguards dedicated to responsible gaming to protect our customers from spending more than what they want. All our customers should feel like they have control over their gambling and can play in a comfortable, enjoyable and sustainable way.
