Our Responsabilities
The Customer Service Agents’ mission is to provide the best possible service so that our customers can enjoy the different games we offer. Their primary responsibilities are to help customers via all our customer service channels, work with your team to reach customer service related goals, for example, customer satisfaction, and translating promotional texts or surveys. Around 40% of our support agents get promoted to other positions each year, which means that we can keep hiring new agents continually. We’re always on the look-out for new talented people to join our team! There are many Betssonites that started as CS agents, not only in Customer Service but in all other departments in the company as well.
Responsible Gaming
Within the Customer Operations Department which Customer Service is part of, we also have a team of safeguards dedicated to responsible gaming to protect our customers from spending more than what they want. All our customers should feel like they have control over their gambling and can play in a comfortable, enjoyable and sustainable way.
