THE WOW 

As the Content and Social Media Manager you are responsible for creating, maintaining, and driving competitive content across all channels and products verticals in the market.

You will also have the overall responsibility for the social media channels for Betsson groups brands operating in the Finnish market.

At Betsson Group we work with a Hybrid Work From Home (WFH) model, giving you the flexibility of working 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.

YOU'RE GOOD AT 

  • Fluent in both Finnish and English 
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, journalism or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years of experience
  • Expertise in working with social media platforms and an understanding of what behaviour drives different social media channels
  • Have experience in social media marketing and/or PR with a proven ability to meet or exceed KPI targets
  • Previous experience in managing a social media agency
  • Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
  • Fundamental knowledge of ad targeting, distribution and reach driving methodologies within social media and interactive test-and-learn practices
  • Understanding of player engagement

 A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING 

  • Overall responsibility for the social media channels for Betsson groups brands operating in the market
  • Manage our Social Media agency and ensure best in class performance in set KPIs
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy in line with brand tone and voice, set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement for each brand together with the marketing team
  • Create and execute a social media and content calendar/comms plans across all platforms.
  • Manage and budget social media and content campaigns.
  • Work together with the Content and Marketing teams to create/suggest engaging multimedia content and/or outsource the creation effectively.
  • Own benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media programs.
  • Analyse and evaluate social media and content campaigns and report on effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Monitor trends in social media, the activities of main competitors in social media and monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations
  • Interpret data and the behaviour of our audience on our content pieces to suggest optimizations for conversion
  • Content Amplification to reach relevant audiences in as many channels as possible
  • Define content strategy, based on marketing strategy, objectives and targets
  • Activate sponsorships and major events across all channels and in the relevant content formats
  • Source influencers and blog contributors who are reflective of the brand and relevant to our audience
  • Ensure content is optimised for organic search together with our SEO team, and proposing content opportunities based on relevant search queries
  • Cooperate and work closely with other functions within Betsson Group, such as SEO, Marketing and Commercial.
