What does the recruitment process look like?
The recruitment process can differ between each position but the basic approach involves an HR Interview followed by an interview with the hiring manager. There can then be tests added to the process for more technical roles i.e. Developers. As well as this the candidate should expect stakeholder interviews for more senior roles particularly if it’s a position with multiple dependencies.
I haven’t received an answer yet, who can I ask for an answer?
Firstly, we sincerely apologise if you haven’t yet heard back from us. Whilst we endeavour to get back to all applicants in a timely manner we hold our hands up that sometimes delays do occur. The best course of action in this instance would be to contact the Recruiter responsible for the vacancy and request an update. What can I expect when starting a new position at Betsson Group?

The on-boarding process continues throughout the first few months of joining with follow-up meetings, training that is focused on the specific role and of course taking part in team building events to make sure work is also fun!

What’s offered in the relocation package?
We have an extensive relocation package designed to make the transition to your new home as smooth as possible. When moving to Malta, for example, our travel coordinator will book your flight and airport transfer, and you will be given the opportunity to stay in our company apartment for several weeks. Therefore, there’s no stress to have an apartment set up when you arrive, and you can take your time to find your perfect home. You’ll also get a relocation allowance that covers costs for extra luggage, shipment of boxes, etc.

Where can I apply?
We are always looking for new, profitable partnerships, both online and offline. At present, all applications for the Betsson Group Affiliates program are Internet-based, thus you will have to contact Support on firstname.lastname@example.org to sign up.
Once you sign up, your account will be reviewed by our Support team to make sure your profile meets our requirements. You will be notified once your account is approved and you can then log in to our affiliate’s website using your username and password. Once logged in you will have access to all our media gallery, including banners and direct links, and you will be able to view your stats at any time.
You will also receive a Wallet claim email to activate your Wallet account and from there you can withdraw your earnings according to the payment methods you set up.

I want to partner up with you, do you have an affiliate programme?
Yes! When a visitor to your site clicks a link, banner or any other type of marketing tool that we provide for you, that visitor will go to one of our partner sites. If the visitor registers and starts playing, then you will earn money from that player for as long as he/she plays at the site. Every time a player which is tagged to you makes a deposit and plays, you earn a commission from the revenue generated by their game-play.
