Games Manager – betFIRST

Acting as a key liaison between the Product, Marketing, and BI teams, the Games Manager ensures alignment and delivers data-driven solutions while addressing technical challenges. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and strong collaboration skills to maintain relationships with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.  

Additionally, this role includes managing and overseeing the Games Delivery Coordinator.  

Responsibilities 

• Create, manage and communicate the Game Release Roadmap to ensure alignment with the various stakeholders. 
• Drive business growth by optimising the game list on the site through existing and new providers. 
• Build and nurture strong relationships, upselling the right capabilities and opportunities at the appropriate time to position the company as a trusted partner, focused on maximising game performance and relationship value. 
• Evaluate games from providers for suitability, playing a key role in game marketing launches by securing commercial agreements and executing specific campaigns. 
• Configure and position games in the back-office system to ensure proper setup and visibility. 
• Maintain an up-to-date list of live providers and games to ensure accuracy and relevance. 
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to align on goals and ensure smooth operations. 
• Work with other Product Team members to influence platform development, ensuring it remains commercially competitive and attractive. 
• Support compliance efforts by gathering information for audits and responding to ad hoc requests from the Compliance team. 
• Understand and address the technical complexities of integrations, leveraging input from Product Team members to resolve challenges effectively. 
• Strengthening relationships with CRM and providers to facilitate the launch of new engagement tools and campaigns 
• Lead and guide team members, ensuring efficient workload distribution and fostering personal and team development. 

 Requirements 

• Proven experience in a similar role within the online casino or gambling industry. 
• Strong knowledge of casino games and industry trends. 
• Highly organised with excellent time-management skills. 
• Demonstrated project management expertise. 
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. 
• Business-level proficiency in English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Commercially aware with a strong business mindset. 
• Familiarity with agile development processes and tools (e.g., JIRA). 
• Understanding of product development and the product lifecycle. 
• Basic technical knowledge is an advantage.
