We are searching for Head of Customer Support for europebet brand to join our team in Tbilisi, Georgia. As a Head of Customer Support you are the key person, when it comes to managing customer support team.  You are always keeping an eye on service quality. Actively developing systems for quality assurance, also for team development. One of the key tasks for Head of Customer Support is constant program wise improvement of the department. Launch reporting system for service quality improvement.


We expect you to possess superior people management skills and demonstrate proactive approach towards job. We need you to have previous working experience on a supervisory/managerial role in customer support. We want you to be a true leader as well, create vision, shape ideas, focus on strategy and inspire people.

Furthermore good candidate will meet following requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration (Marketing);
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on a supervisory/managerial role in customer support;
  • Strong management & organizing skills; Effective work attitude in a fast changing and stressful environment; team player;
  • Readiness for international duty travels;
  • Full working proficiency in English language; Russian would be additional plus;
