HR Generalist (2-3 years of experience)
The HR Generalist plays a key role in managing all people-related processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

This position acts as a trusted advisor to managers, team leaders, and employees—ensuring alignment with HR policies, driving a strong feedback culture, supporting continuous performance, and fostering learning and development opportunities across Betsson Group.
A taster of what you will be involved with:

Partner closely with the HR Manager to align with Betsson’s overall HR strategy.

Provide practical support and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and day-to-day matters.

Actively drive a positive employee experience by promoting engagement, transparency, and trust across all levels.

Design, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and legal standards.

Regularly review and update internal policies to ensure ongoing relevance and impact.

Oversee onboarding to ensure smooth integration and early engagement of new joiners.

Manage offboarding processes and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and ensure seamless transitions.

Promote and coordinate learning and development initiatives to upskill teams and support career growth.

Collaborate on the creation and delivery of employee training programs, both technical and soft skills.

Support and help implement performance management processes, including regular check-ins, feedback, goal setting, and development plans.

Foster a strong feedback culture by empowering leaders and employees to give and receive constructive input.

Maintain the Work Environment Management System to ensure a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace.

Champion Betsson's values and culture, helping embed them in daily practices and employee interactions.

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Advanced English proficiency.

Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with exposure to employee relations, policy development, and talent support.

Hands-on experience in Learning & Development, Performance Management, and employee feedback initiatives.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and integrity
