The Wow

As a Live Casino Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination, monitoring, and optimization of our live casino products.  Reporting to the Live Casino Manager, this role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure the highest standards of player experience, product performance, and operational efficiency.

 

A taster of what you will be involved with: 

  • Act as a point of contact between the company and Live Casino providers to manage daily operations and resolve issues.
  • Monitor the performance and uptime of Live Casino tables and games, escalating technical or service-related problems to relevant teams.
  • Coordinate the launch of new Live Casino games, tables, and promotional events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product teams to plan and implement Live Casino campaigns and activities.
  • Analyse player activity, table performance, and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage content updates, table availability, and promotional visibility on the website and mobile platforms.
  • Support compliance and responsible gambling initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks related to Live Casino operations.

 

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in an online casino, ideally within Live Casino operations or product coordination.
  • Strong understanding of Live Casino products, providers, and industry trends.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing internal and external relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM and CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience working with major Live Casino providers (e.g., Evolution, Playtech, Pragmatic Live, etc.).
  • Knowledge of relevant gaming regulations and compliance standards.
  • Passion for the iGaming industry and a strong understanding of player behaviour.
