You will also ensure that trading tools are fit for purpose, enabling efficient trading processes and helping to maintain a healthy trading margin. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall success of the SB Product department.

Your main stakeholders will include Trading Directors and Heads of Trading, with whom you will align on the roadmap for trading strategies. You will collaborate with the Head of Product and their teams to ensure alignment on strategy, roadmaps, and dependencies, as well as with the Head of Design and their teams to align on design strategy and roadmaps. Working closely with Tech Teams, including Engineering Managers and the Head of Engineering, you will manage dependencies, deliveries, and optimize ways of working. You will also engage with stakeholders outside of the SB domain and present and anchor offering and trading improvements to B2B Partners and Commercial Stakeholders.

 

A taste of what you'll be doing

  • Set the overall vision & direction for the Offering & Trading Domains within the SB Product
  • Ensure a balance between long-term planning of the roadmap and short-term delivery within the Offering & Trading Domains
  • Ensure effective balance between smaller optimizations in the Offering/Trading Tools vs bigger deliveries
  • Ensure the respective product teams generate, qualify and deliver improvements for the Sportsbook product from an Offering & Trading Tools Perspective
  • Proactively benchmark and explore new opportunities to strengthen our SB Offering & Trading tools
  • Set efficient processes vs suppliers (incl. internal suppliers) to ensure they craft their roadmaps to fit Betsson’s needs
  • Ensure proper KPI Tracking is in place to evaluate / benchmark the competitiveness of the SB Offering & Trading Tools
  • Maintain an up to date view of the Sportsbook Supplier landscape and proactively meet with suppliers to gauge their products
  • Management of a best in class team of PMs and their respective teams within the domains
  • Ensure effective ways of working between the Product Team and the rest of the SB vertical – With Trading, with other parts of Product, Engineering and key stakeholders outside of SB

 

What we're looking for

  • +10 years in Product Management and minimum of 5 years as a People Manager for larger teams (>8 people)

  • +7 years SB experience with strong exposure to a Trading Environment

  • Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to develop products & teams
