In this key role, you will be part of a 40 strong global award-winning HR team, working across our locations. This role will see you head-up the HR function for our Tech business in a Strategic capacity. Our 600+ Tech employees are based in several locations including Stockholm, Malta, Budapest, Athens, Tallinn.

Working from Malta where our C-level is based, you will report directly into the CHRO. This role will see you work closely with our CTO and CPO in setting the People agenda for the entire Tech & Product organisation.

What's in it for you?

The HR Business Partner Lead will work closely with key senior and C Suite Stakeholders to deliver consultative and proactive expertise.

Reporting into the Chief HR Officer, the HR Business Partner Lead will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a business champion and change agent.
  • Working on key strategic projects.
  • Our Global Tech and Product footprint and strategic workforce planning.
  • Supporting key Business goals and driving our culture.
  • Working closely with the HRBP Leads of other functions to ensure alignment with the overall HR strategy.

You're good at 

  • HR – you’re a seasoned professional with at least 8 years’ experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Strategy-you’re forward thinking with the ability to plan ahead to ensure our Product Development business is future proofed from a People perspective.
  • Talent Acquisition-you have a deep understanding of the Global Tech and Product landscape and understand what motivates talent to both join and remain with the business.
  • Experience of the iGaming sector or similar fast paced online or Tech driven industry.
  • Coaching and supporting senior and C-Level leaders and providing key HR expertise.
  • Communication – especially in written and spoken English with additional languages as a bonus!
  • Change – you have dynamic approach and thrive in this kind of environment, where you can impact real change. This is a strong motivator.
  • Multi-tasking is a core strength, and you enjoy working on multiple projects, always taking the initiative and driving results.
  • Thinking creatively and critically – you look at new ways of engaging and driving the business forward.
  • Identifying challenges with the area and work closely with CTO/CPO and Heads of Area to come up with plans to address this
