  • Creates and develops talent acquisition strategy for the company;
  • Finds talent acquisition channels and builds the ways of collaboration;
  • Makes job market research and comes up with new ideas when it comes to talent attraction and acquisition;
  • Creates and develops talent sourcing ways;
  • Builds ups and manages whole recruitment process (internal flow, guidelines and the recruitment process itself);
  • Executes recruitment process according company internal standard;
  • Creates reports based of TA process and results analyzes;
  • Manages exit interview process;
  • Is involved in employer branding activities;
  • Facilitates recruitment training for hiring managers.


  • 3+ working experience in recruitment;
  • Knowledge of recruitment/TA bases and tools;
  • Excellent knowledge of job markets, newest trends and current situation according job roles and directions;
  • Budgeting and reporting skills;
  • Fluent English and Russian;
  • Good presentation and public speaking skills;
  • Leadership skills;
