Sportsbook 2nd Line Coordinator

We’re now on the hunt for a Sportsbook 2nd Line Coordinator to join our energetic Sportsbook Operations team. This role is vital in ensuring our customers and partners receive the highest level of support for their sportsbook experience. As the escalation point between customer service, trading, and tech, you’ll be key in resolving complex issues, identifying trends, and ensuring our Sportsbook runs smoothly 24/7.

Join our dynamic Sportsbook Operations Team and dive into the thrilling world of sports betting! As a 2nd Line Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the action—acting as the key escalation point for complex sportsbook queries and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations 24/7.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide 2nd line Sportsbook support to Betsson Group’s customer service teams across various channels.
• Assist Betsson Sportsbook B2B partners with queries and issues related to our Sportsbook offering.
• Identify patterns or recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements.
• Liaise with internal Sportsbook Trading teams and customer support to ensure efficient and timely resolutions for customers and partners.
• Work closely with the technical team and third-party Sportsbook providers to identify and resolve issues related to the Sportsbook offering.
• Report any suspected fraudulent betting activity to Team Leads and the Payments/Fraud Department.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to Sportsbook as needed.

What we are looking for

• A genuine passion for sports and a good understanding of sports betting markets and rules.
• Willingness to work evening, nights, and weekend shifts as part of a rotating schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure, especially during high-traffic events or system incidents.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
