Tallinn in Estonia is home to Triobet (Estonia’s largest online gaming operator), which we acquired in 2012 after buying out the Nordic Gaming Group. We currently have around 50 people working in our city centre office mainly as either front-end developers, or as part of Triobet.
What we offer
We offer very competitive salaries in comparison to the average local wage. Our benefits are designed to promote health and well-being, so you’ll benefit from regular health check-ups, a fitness allowance and free fresh fruit. You can even get a massage in the office at a subsidised rate.
And to reward you for all your efforts, we serve breakfast in the kitchen every Friday and every second Friday we serve post-work drinks and snacks. We also like to get together and celebrate our successes, so we have an official office event every quarter and our teams hold regular events as well.
Our location means we’re close to transport links, shops and the medieval Old Town. We also have a large number of free parking spaces, so you’re almost guaranteed a spot if you drive to work.
Situated on the second floor of a new, modern-looking office building – that also acts as a 5 star hotel – there’s lots of light and ergonomic working areas and equipment. Nearby there are plenty of places to grab a bite, either in a restaurant or sandwich shop. And if you want to prepare your own food, the kitchen/lounge area has a relaxed feel to it. We also provide freshly brewed coffee and a machine that makes cappuccinos and lattes, as well as tea and hot chocolate-making facilities. There’s also table tennis, an Xbox and board games located in the office too if you want a break.
Estonia is a fascinating country with cultural influences from Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Germany and Russia, which is a result of both its history and geography. The richest and most developed of the three Baltic countries, it ranks 11th in the world in the 2014 Index of Economic Freedom.
Estonia claims more start-ups per capita than any other country in the world (Skype, GrabCAD, Fortumo and TransferWise are amongst them). So much like Stockholm, Tallinn is a great city for networking and expanding your knoweldge.
The Old Town of Tallinn, is listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List and you can get a real sense of its history dining out, as you’re often served by people in traditional dress. The cost of living is also relatively low, so you’ll be able to enjoy everything Tallinn has to offer from nightclubs and theatres, to canoeing, cycling and sailing. Arvo Pärt also comes from Estonia and composed music for the films Gravity and Fahrenheit 9/11.
