When we opened our first office in Tallinn back in 2002, we just had one single employee working there. Since then, we have outgrown five offices and have 50 people working in our beautiful city center office. They mainly work as either front-end developers or as part of the marketing team for our Betsafe brand.

Why Tallinn?

With its 430 000 inhabitants, Tallinn is the capital of Estonia. Despite its compact and pleasant size, Tallinn is punching above its weight on the global stage, thanks to its distinguished history and forward-looking modern and tech-savvy environment. Tallinn’s Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, yet the city is also listed among the top digital and smart urban areas in the world and ranked as a global city. In addition to the long history, Tallinn is a very dynamic place. Modern cafes and restaurants offer cosy meeting places, and the nightlife is vibrant. Also the cultural life offers a lot of variety, from theatres and museums to many sport and music events, as well conferences on an international level. The sea and clean nature is never far away, as Tallinn is situated by the Baltic Sea and it’s forests are known for its richness and purity. The air is always clean here!

The facilities

Our office is located at the heart of the city, with great connections to basically anywhere in the town, including Tallinn International Airport, the Railway Station and the Port of Tallinn. It is a cozy, yet modern office, with a family-like vibe. Our employees, as well our visitors, often describe it like they feel like coming home. This makes us proud, but also aware that this is something unique and valuable, that we need to make sure to keep. We are about 65 employees working here, with almost a 50/50 split between the Commercial and Tech team, as well as a few roles in supporting functions such as Accounting, HR and Legal. Our Tech department is responsible for OBG Adaptive, while the Commercial team makes sure that our online gaming business, under the Betsafe brand here in Baltics, keeps growing its market.
