Junior Backend Developer – Zecure Gaming

What we would like to see

In this role you will:

• Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, development testing, code reviews and deploying software
• Maintain and improve existing software
• Design code, unit tests
• Manage SQL and NoSQL data models
• Contribute to the ongoing development of existing development applications
• Design, manage and implement configuration and customization aspects of set-ups and related integration solutions
• Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes
• Successfully communicate complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders

You are good at 

• 2+ years’ experience in Node / JavaScript / PHP development
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and Test-Driven Development
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Configuration Management and Automation Tools
• Experience in design
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Docker or similar tools
• Experience in API development, caching strategies and database management
• Experience using Git and other version control tools
