The Project Management group at Betsson facilities the implementation of key business initiatives. A team of five expert Project Managers help the Group in driving and coordinating top priority activities and makes sure risks are identified and the impact on revenue is measured. This involves working with and coordinating multiple areas of the business, such as Legal, Compliance, Commercial, Marketing, Product, Operations and Finance.
The Project Management team plays an important part in growing the business by implementing key strategic projects. Some of the main responsibilities for the team include:
- Delivering the project on time and in line with business and market expectations
- Managing resources, stakeholders and project teams all along the project life cycle
- Defining and owning the communication strategy and coordinating processes between teams
- Identifying and escalating risks as well as any changes to the project scope
